All you need

• Your pc
• Simple server for pc. Get it here the settings are already in it 
• Your 100 naira recharge card 
• Your modem or anyphone that has hotspot
• Your brain

  This is how to use the simple server 

1. Download the simple server from the link above or Here
2. Open the zip and extract it to ur desktop or anywhere 
3. Subscribe to etisalat pack by dialing *200*3*3*2*1*1# and wait for welcome message 
4. After welcome message insert your sim into your modem or switch on your phone hotspot without and make sure no tweaking app is on. Eg  psiphon 
5. Connect your modem or your pc wifi to your phone hotspot
6. Open the etisalat+simple server folder and click on simple server.exe
7. Now open your Mozilla and
8.     Then go to >>Tools>>>Option>>Advance>>>Network and click on settings choose manual proxy configuration settings and use this ip address 127.0.0.1 Port:8080. Then u can browse anything with the Mozilla 

How To Configure Torrents or Skype or any other application the uses Proxy

• Got to settings in your torrent app set Proxy to 127.0.0.1 and Port 8080
