• download Psiphon handler
• Open it and go to proxy type
• Select real host 
• Then goto proxy server and put instgagram.com
• Then scroll down to save 
• Then you will see more options 
• Click on it and select connet trough HTTP 
• And also tick use the following settings 
• In the host address box, put 193.0.152.59
• And port 3128
• Other IP and ports are "158.199.140.91 port 3128 "  "51.255.33.52 port 3128"
• Then back and wait for it to connect 

NOTE: it takes more time to connect. So have patience and enjoy
