install both foxfi and pdanet on your android and install pdanet for pc on your pc.
now you can connect your phone to your pc via usb cable.
And open the pdanet on your phone mark "activate usb thether".

After that, click on pdanet icon on your pc and click on "connect via usb".If connected, you are good to go.
